OUR MISSION AND GOALS
Validated Solutions is committed to providing Aerospace and Defense Contractors with the tools to effectively and efficiently manage their contracts and cash flow. Our solution, called Validated Billing Solution (VBS), is tailored to meet Government Contracts and Billing requirements. VBS allows for flexibility, making it easier for the Billing Department to meet the requirements negotiated by the Contracts Department. Our solution was developed with this flexibility in mind. We know contracts are dynamic and so is VBS. Our goal is to help businesses reduce costs and delays by accelerating invoicing and payment receipt.

Validated Solutions was founded 10 years ago by Tammy Laucik and David Boling. Together they bring over 40 years of experience in the field of software development and 27 years in the Aerospace & Defense industry. Their expertise and experience have proven themselves invaluable in providing proven solutions to their customers.

Tammy, aka “Red Storm”, is known for always having a checklist and is often spotted carrying her flip charts with flow diagrams everywhere. Her dedication to the customer sets her apart from the competition and adds a personal touch to the business. From her MIS from Auburn University to her 18+ years of experience in Technology Services, Tammy has proven herself to do what it takes to ensure that customer’s projects are successful and their cash flow is her priority. She loves assisting and empowering the users so that they enjoy utilizing VBS.
Tammy is also known as David’s translator, hence the flip charts.

David, aka “Dr. D,” thinks in code. He loves to develop and when isn’t deep in code he can be found analyzing a Golf Green. With over 21 years of experience in Technology, Services & Development, he is the lead developer for the Validated Billing Solution. He has a degree in Business Management from Central Oklahoma State and multiple certifications in software development.
